FIRST FLOOR
Architectural design and concept
The Floating House is designed around a central glass cube, emphasising openness and providing uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. This architectural concept creates a strong connection to nature, fostering a tranquil and immersive experience for guests. Its modular design allows for flexible spatial configurations—whether combining social and service areas with the bedroom in an open-plan layout or separating them to provide more privacy. This adaptability ensures that the space can be tailored to different hospitality needs and preferences.

Adaptability, stability and mobility
A key feature of the Floating House is its ability to expand and evolve. The modular design supports the connection of multiple itinerant platforms, enabling progressive growth to create a larger, more versatile structure as required by the region or specific project. The base of the house, constructed as a stable barge, ensures excellent displacement and stability, even in moving waters, providing a secure and comfortable living experience. Additionally, the barge can be relocated with the help of an auxiliary boat, offering further versatility and mobility.
Sustainability and features
The Floating House is designed with sustainability at its core, incorporating solar panels to supply electricity and support a self-sufficient lifestyle. The second floor features a dedicated relaxation area, adding an extra layer of luxury and comfort to the floating home. These environmentally friendly and functional elements make the house not only a scenic retreat but also a sustainable and fully equipped living space for guests.
